I have noticed you submitting several ban-request. But also in those ban-requests, if I am not mistaken (though I could be wrong here), I have seen you flame or at least flame back. We cannot really have that because you are then representing entgaming. Just randomly went to the last game you played:

Yes, you were baited/flamed and then flamed back, but even that shouldn't happen.

At the field "What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)?" you answered "621 games and counting. so ALOT of hours?"
That's not what we meant. An answer like "from 4p.m. to 7p.m." would have been correct. We just wanted to know at what time of the day you are available/play.

As experience with moderating we meant being a moderator. Not being the one submitting the requests. So basically you got no experience then. That's not bad, but also not good. Also post in some ban-appeals to show us how you would handle it. Of course you lack the mod-tools, but you don't need to be spot on.

I hope this wont discourage you for a future application, but if my memory serves me well and another mod confirms my statement about the flaming, then this application will very likely be denied. That is one point which is definitely not tolerated among the staff members, even if you were to excel in all other points.

I'll be blunt what kind of reply is that?

Take for example a previous application who was accepted. viewtopic.php?f=34&t=32868

The reply's are chunky the application is neat. A position on the staff is earned after you've proven yourself capable.

For me you don't have my support.

A tip for the future, maybe edit your post to include all of your submitted Ban Requests. It makes thing's easier for staff & the community to view your contribution's instead of having to search for them ourselves.
