If u see my recent games, i use to ask players with less than 900 elo on pubs to join my team so i gain more elo ( idc about elo on ltd pubs since i am #1 on lihl ) i dont have anything to prove with elo on pubs ( and if i care i would play with smurf friends and get the top 1 easy ).

I think u think u have to much power here! But idc! I wont change my behavior and stop making jokes on posts trolling ppl (why should i? I am not breaking any rules)
Second: i didnt ask for admins powers, i asked if i could help on ban requests, appeals ( do i need to stop my trolling to post "banned for 4 days for vk abuse"? )

Don't care about your elo. Don't care if you are #1 at lihl.
Your behavior needs to change, that is why you are denied. Not only that:
u is shorter than you. no is shorter than yes.

You need to change your trolling. If you want a position on staff, use complete words. Yes English is not everyone's first language and people struggle with it.

There is no attack on you. All you need to do is improve your behavior. Which is why I am giving you a month to change that.
