Situation: Banned for item steal
Why you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned for i didn't steal items it is ID(islanddefence). He went afk in his base for more then 20 mins. Upon a mini being killed at his base it dropped a item. Which I waited he was afk. At seeing this trying to win the game picked up item. I don't feel like i did anything wrong here. or I should be banned

You knew he did not want the items taken, shown by how he attacked your hunter after you took the bones. And yet, you sent a turtle to take the eggs later. Why?

well he went afk so long. if you go back he is saying he is going afk. after that i was trying to kill the titan with titan hunter. So i went to get bones. He killed my hunter with out saying anything which was crap. he could've asked for them right back. For killing my hunter i thought it fair I either get the eggs or the bones. he didnt want to make a trade

Item stealing.
If the player gave no contribution (Trapper = Damage dealer > unit blocker > SLOW/stunner > unit revealer (vision + eye of ocean)) to killing the chicken and/or minion, then he should not deserve the item and can be banned
If they take it and doesn't return the item to the player upon request of the item owner.
Stealing a builder's item which he bought.
Does not apply to the titan who can -kick <colour> the minions.

Please try not to think like this. The rules regarding items are very clear in this case, as you did not contribute to the killing of the minions/chickens in any way (not an insult, just fact), you do not have permission to take them, even though he was afk up until you arrived at his base. Just pretend like they are not even there.

Not unbanning, but lifting 1 day from the original 3. 46 hours remain.
