[DOTA] refusal to kick an afk player to fountain farm

Any further thoughts: smoke-grass was boring engaging fights alone when we could win teamfights so i trash talk him a bit ... then he stayed afk, we couldn't !ff and sentinel rejceted to votekick him

Sentinel refused to kick for the sole purpose of fountain farming. When scourge requested the votekick because their teammate had gone AFK, Bone.R-Attack responded:

(34:38 / Allied) Bone.R-Attack: if u kick its a ff

This is clear evidence of intent. The only person to vote yes on Sentinel was jamais-203, however that was after the VK had already expired. Sentinel continued to fountain farm from 34:37 (in-game) - when the VK was requested - to 38:14 when the game had finally ended.

The rules clearly state:

Fountain farming is allowed, but if the opponent starts to fountain farm excessively and there is little to no chance of comeback, members of the losing team should !ff. Not agreeing to !ff when all other team members have clearly given up can be ban-able.

refusing to votekick when a player has clearly violated a rule

Here, all members of Scourge had voted to !ff in order to avoid fountain farming. One member of the team refused (by virtue of being AFK), which is a clear violation of the rules. Thus, Sentinel had an obligation to vote !yes in this instance.

MeetDannyCrane / komarac / chernov / jamais-203 are all banned for 3 days for refusing to votekick in order to fountain farm. bone.r-attack is banned for 4 days for the same offense and urging his allies not to vote.
