I don't see how this seed is that different from the one top right. They both allow the builder to escape a base in the corner if they are discovered too soon and require the titan to walk a long distance around a base or trees to get the builder on the other side. I've never seen an incident where the seed top right caused balance issues.

Yes, the seed to the top right is also a walk-through seed which I believe we currently have 3 of, two of which are particularly good. They are a bit different though. The top right seed connects one base to the road behind it. It's fairly easy for a titan to maneuver around this base. The new seed to the top left however connects to an etirely new section of the map that the titan has no easy access to at all. (But yes, the top right seed is also very good)
But that isn't my main point. You say that we already have this kind of seed and that you have not seen this cause any balance issues. Well, I'm addressing the fact that adding more of them, could. Which, you know, I'm just throwing out there. Just because you don't think 1 seed caused balance issues doesn't mean we should throw the same kind of seed into the game left and right and expect no changes to game balance.
The entire area south of the new seed will now be a very secure zone to walk around in, something it wasn't before. Might be a good thing or a bad thing, but worth to take into account. (you basically take a plane to another country and yell 'later bitch' to the titan, if you walk through that seed.)
But yeah you judge. I just made an observation and explain how I think it will impact the game in ways you might not consider. That doesn't necessarily mean I think it's a game breaking change that I don't want in the game on a personal level. Don't shoot the messenger.

No. You'll have to find your warcraft 3 directory and drop it inside a maps folder (optional but you could create a download folder in your warcraft 3 maps directory to seperate it from official/other maps). Then you start your warcraft 3 and find the directory where you have stored it & there you go, happy testing.
