Why are you banned: for not kicking game ruiner
Why you should be unbanned: first of all, GG-OR-FF and I were banned for the same reason. Player Stun (Yoshi. on Ent) recently created a ban request (https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=41605). Player Stun started votekicking KralBuh at the beginning of the game and not for intentional feed. As far as I know, it's against the rules to votekick new players and it's also bannable. I believe this was a mistake and I strongly ask you admins to review this ban request Stun created. He also mentioned a few times that he has a friend that is admin and that would get us banned anyway.

Could you please clarify? What's the point here? Can we now kick who's new on the game? What if he had downloaded it on the first time the first game he died 18 times? No one's pro on the first times. I'd also like to say that player Stun mentioned that people called KralBuh a game ruiner on the lobby but I've reviewed the lobby chat and that's a lie.

I started that votekick because he ran to your side right down mid with 0 items and he would not respond to anything. not only that but he had previously went 1/18 so it was at that point reasonable for me to kick because i wanted him gone before he fed first blood.

E/ you and gg-or-ff both know when its enough, you guys are not new players. You should have kicked and you guys both should be able to admit that.

Please remember everyone will have to go through this. We all need to give newbie a chance to learn the game. Exactly, gg-or-ff. Yoshi requested this ban because he had a noob on your team and he cried like hell the whole game. This is not a bannable reason. End of story.

Disagreed. Everyone knows that people don't play with 0 items... I think it's really the stoners/drunkards/morons that do this. If he kept running down and feeding you, you should have kicked him once it reached a certain time with a certain number of deaths. Going 0-5 in a short time span means he is ruining the game. Going 0-12 and having 4 lasthits just starting as a player is impossible. In this case, he was intentionally feeding. In the previous case above, Shadow_Boy knew how to play but he was just really bad at it. THAT is a learning period.

In short, I'll reduce both your bans significantly to 1 day only seeing as you still should have realized this person is an intentional feeder/game-ruiner.

Please check that post and that player was dying once every 2 minutes.

In this case this player is not dying that much. This player finally become 0-12 because we start to fountain farm. By that time any player under level will reach that 0-12 really fast as he respawns faster. Since he is newbie, he play with 0 item. That's not strange at all. If he is intentionally feeding or not, look through the game please. Just decide by looking the stats might not be fair enough.

everything said here needs to have proof. If everyone take action with implication and imagination, the whole world will be chaos. Rules are rules. Everything is written clearly on the ent website. You break the rule which is "votekick abuse" so you deserve a ban.

Furthermore as admin can see why I don't kick that newbie now is because the other admin @Hutzu has clearly explain that we are not allow to kick newbie and we should give them a chance. We can only votekick player who intentionally feed. I keep explain that rule to you in game, and you still trying to kick him numerous times and saying that you have an admin as friend and you can ban whoever you want.

I looked at the replay. First item he gets was mask of death. Of course for that item you don't have enough gold.
I see him trying to find the items he needs for vladirs (or w/e that is called, looks like an immolation cloak), but cannot find it. If you look at him carefully, you can see how he is clicking from shop to shop. He is pulling back several times in order not get killed and heals up on fountain. Only time when he 'feeds' is when the base is under siege and he is desperately trying to defend it. Even there, after 3-4 deaths he learns his lesson and realizes that he is way out-leveled and out-skilled vs any hero and backs off.

Unbanned both players. This is a rare kind of noob in my opinion. I guess he saw some Axe with Helix intercepting the first wave, that's why he did that stunt at the beginning. When I play, I usually get a K/D of 0.2 to 0.5 and I stand in base looking for items through the shops. Yes, such noobs still exist, but that's why I rarely play dota and I hope this guy will learn his lesson soon and either stop playing dota or on a weaker bot than ENT.
