Minor rules update
For clarification following rules have been changed/added.
Added:
Do not abuse owner commands (!kick, !mute, etc.)
Changed:
From: It is not permissible to change the kings target repetitively with the purpose of gaining more gold or time.
To: You are not allowed to change the king's target (repetitively) nor to delay attacks with the purpose of gaining more gold or time.
EDIT
The rule has been reworded again, it now reads as:
Every form of juggling is banned (that includes preventing the king from attacking, delaying attacks, changing the target to gain more time or gold etc.)
The !draw rule has also been made more accurate (underlined part is new):
If any player disconnects prior to ending of level 20, then it is mandatory for the remaining players to !draw the game immediately after the disconnect, unless every player agrees to play on.

Re: Minor rules update
What if I juggle with the purpose to survive? On level 16 it is sometimes an advantage not to kill the salamanders to block Demons and Krakens. Diablo said already its also a forbidden type of juggling. I think its not because you're not doing it with the purpose to gain more time/lumber. Case was that god.like3 juggled (badly though vs just 30 creeps , we died). But I think in general its allowed because with enough heals you can survive a full ring of salamanders if you snipe all sends first.

Re: Minor rules update
I don't think we should allow juggling in any circumstance.
@Krumme what you think?

Re: Minor rules update
I think it's easier from our point of view to just totally ban juggling - wont create any future problems and the case you are talking of ilocos happens so rarely that it most likely wont be a problem
So no I don't think we should allow that either (just so it can't be abused or is a grey area in any way)

Re: Minor rules update
I brought this matter up, few hours before Ilocos posted in here, inside the mod-section and we do not permit such kind of juggling. Even if it might save your King.

Re: Minor rules update
Well whatever ... I don't bring the level 16 case up again.
Other case, what is allowed and what not? Each of this cases give more time and I do it with the purpose of more lumber
[1] If I see the king is fine I let hermits alive on level 7 to heal stomped units (I do not attack creeps with the main attack and then switch targets to let them get healed!).
[2] I use shift on level 8 to kill always two opposite creeps in a row that the king has to turn around. (I do not delay attacks with actively starting a new attack after killing a creep to force the king to hesitate for a moment).
[3] When I see the king is fine I "let him do his thing" which results in slower killing.
[4] When I see we don't need a heal for a level I kill, even with immolation, the melee zombies first and then attack wyverns with 0 attack upgrades.
[5] I upgrade just health and regeneration (not attack) to make specific levels like level 5 6 7 8 9 12 etc. last longer
[6] And last but not lest: I obviosly do not kill the creeps the fastest possible way.
Just quote me and put your opinions to each case below @lihmods.

ps. I brought this up because pubbies threatened me with reporting/unvouch for some of that.
pps. It was something like #[2].

Re: Minor rules update
I think 1 may be bannable thus 3 may also be bannable (a new rule that I'm not really following), rest are fine.

Re: Minor rules update
[1] What do you mean exactly with "I do not attack creeps with the main attack and then switch targets to let them get healed!"?
[2] Allowed
[3] Allowed
[4] Allowed
[5] Allowed
[6] As long as you don't delay attacks (=manually clicking on creeps to cancel auto attack) or switch targets without killing them, it is allowed.
But be aware that pub rules are (maybe?) different, there was a rule change not long ago (https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=40833) and I'm still not sure what is allowed and what is not now (and admins said LIHL players would be punished more easily...).

How can you say #3 might be bannable and #2 is fine? If I let the king do his thing he is still faster then #2 ...

I misspelled. It was a new vouched LIHL player on a LIHL game.

Let he clarify with another case
All leaks on level 7 have low hp. I have stomp. 1 Hermit is coming as well. I do not kill the Hermit that he can heal the low hp Satyres. I do not use any form of juggling or delaying attacks nor switching targets before its killed. I just don't kill the Hermit first with the purpose to make the killing last longer. I also don't use stomp on purpose.

Re: Minor rules update
Yep, also allowed.
We don't demand anyone to "properly" control the king, we just ban any form of delaying/juggling. I guess shifiting creeps to move 180 degrees might also be seen as delaying, but as of now it is allowed but if it becomes a problem we might change that aswell. So currently you have two options to slow down kill speed ... let the king auto attack or shift creeps who are far away from eachother, plus letting furb/krak/hermit alive etc.
Anything which goes beyond that is not allowed.

All of what you said is allowed on LIHL because I think the new 'pub' rule is stupid.
The new pub rule (I think) is that you have to focus hermit/kraken/high level sends first. Thus #1 and #3 are bannable as in #3 you aren't targeting the high level sends.

Re: Minor rules update
Don't get confused, supersexyy is talking about pub games, not LIHL games. Ilocos, however, is talking about LIHL games/rules (see first post on this site ^.^).
