During month #1 you can win an average 5 Elo per game. One win (loss) will count as one win (loss)
During month #2 you can win an average 10 Elo per game. One win (loss) will count as two wins (losses)
During month #3 you can win an average 15 Elo per game. One win (loss) will count as three wins (losses)
Reasons for the Changes:
Many players do not like the fact that a season usually starts with climbing to a certain Elo within a week and then playing 50:50 games for the rest of the season. The change would make the climbing much longer because you need three times more games with a good win percentage to achieve your Elo. This change should make the games more "rewarding" if you're a good player.
The increasing Elo win every month is for players who are not as active as our most active members

ps. the change does not affect your final Elo. It will be the same as in the seasons before. The only change is that your win/lose ratio is higher/lower
Drawbacks:
The changes will result in following:
Good players will have a higher win percentage and are rewarded for playing good with many wins.
Bad players will have a lower win percentage and are punished for playing bad with more losses.
(reward = win a game to be happy)
(punishment = lose a game to demoralize you)
It is up to you to judge now:
If you want a league with competition and everything then chose "yes, we can!"
If the whole league is more about fun for you and you don't care to play more or less 50% games for the whole season then chose "no, (I want relaxing) weekends
