3 hour gap, although Windows Time-zone thingy shows a 2 hour gap. Even with 2 hours, he supersexyy is right. It was midnight their time, when it happened.

Edit: Ah ok, I see it now. China not doing DST, while Australia does, that's where the additional hour is coming from.

For my job I travel.... I wasn't talking about my current time zone. on top of that, I said in any zone - not in australia's or Philippines etc.

In any time-zone was definitely wrong. It was past 14:00 (2 pm) my time in Germany and it was somewhat between 2 to 3 pm my time it happened. Sydney is 10 hours ahead of Germany. That puts it to 24:00 to 1:00. And on the furthest part of our Earth, it was even 4:00 am to 5:00 am. So even if I should be off by an hour or two, 'any time-zone' is definitely not currect, though I am pretty sure about the time. Cause I took a short nap, when I came back from university and woke up shortly after 13:00 and it wasn't done yet. About 1-2 hours after I woke up from my nap, it happened. So I am 100% sure you are wrong about 'any time-zone' and very sure about Australia as well.

Not that it matters, but it was about 1:40 pm utc when the reset was done, that means in the latest parts of the world it was 3:40 am Nov 1st.
