Hello guys!
As you have probably noticed our moderator team is quite inactive nowadays. Supersexyy isn't playing since a long time and Krumme and me are also getting less and less active lately due to lack of time and/or shift of focus/interest.
Since LIHL does need 1-2 active mods to handle vouch requests and ban reports (and some other small stuff) we could really need a new, passionate and active mod.
So if you think you are fit for this task (i.e. you are objective, mature, mannered, active) please write an application here or if you want to get our opinion first you can also pm us before applying.
I won't let LIHL die (any time soon), so even if no one applies it will still "work", but it will be done slower and without any extras
Thanks,
your mod team

Re: new LIHL moderator
Considering I've been the one who recommended each mod before they were promoted (diablo 1 month before his app instead of junzzi, then krumme instead of iightfyre) I'll go ahead and name the next moderator options:
patarinsky
hutzu
no one
There just aren't very many qualified individuals in LIHL right now.

If he were more active, sure. Locos maybe? Or Brave?

Re: new LIHL moderator
Ilocos and Brave are both too polarizing. Pata just doesn't use forum much. If yolo was a bit longer vouched, I would consider him (not considering him because he's played almost half a season).
Anyone not listed could be put on a trial period, involving close supervision (presuming they don't have big history of admin abuse, rule breaking, reporting people falsely, etc.). The LIHL position isn't just moderating, or Ilocos and Brave would be great candidates - it's administration.

This could be a good option? Fiji and Ilocos are among the players with the greatest insight in the game and both very active + the vouching department is the most time consuming. And if the current mods go inactive, the other tasks (managing the forum, bans) could even be done by "outsider" mods, in which I can see advantages as well.
You don't stop playing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop playing.

Fiji and I share a problem ...

We are neither objective nor mature. Thats already two mod skill we lack And since u didnt mention "lazy" I guess its a bad skill.
Also Diablo already told me I was to picky on the vouchers.

Re: new LIHL moderator
@godlike, yea, sry, no I like you etc but I don't see you being able to be a mod <3
@others if anyone (like fiji + ilocos combo which could work out) is serious about it, please pm us/talk to us ingame
@ilo you sure are mature and I think you can also be objective ^.^ and I didn't say you were picky on the vouchers, but you are picky on vouched players (often complaining over little mistakes ). It was more of a joke anyway.

Re: new LIHL moderator
To anyone interested and can commit the time and effort, post a staff application.
Re: new LIHL moderator
I think god.lik3 would be the main candidate if you aren't going to promote patarinsky and Hutzu isn't interested. He is definitely capable of judging vouches, and has done far more training on his own time of candidates (as well as recruiting) than any other candidate besides archol. Additionally, god.lik3 has helped with vouch requests and knows the rules very well - including gray areas, more then the others who are available.
@MickietheMousie The outside mods don't have the knowledge of LTD to moderate arguments between LIHL ragers. Matdas and Bit are the only two who could contribute, and I'm sure you remember the reaction to Matdas last time.

Re: new LIHL moderator
All the mentioned ones are good choices, but godlike really needs to improve his english skills, although you dont really need it in LIHL except theres is drama - dunno why no one mentioned achillesgr, cause hes probably the most active player in LIHL
Re: new LIHL moderator
