Game Name: [ENT] Legion TD 3.5 Beta #56
Your Warcraft III Username: pwnstorm
Violator's Warcraft III Username: moomooimacow@entconnect,dn-yaqn@uswest,craaash@europe,ginnax@europe
Violated Rule(s):refusal to votekick an afk player, ginnax - afk all game
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 7:11 and every attempt after that
Any further thoughts: is there a rule against stealing kills from a player that is afk in legion? or deciding to cross with someone without their approval? by doing this, purple gave them a reason to be reluctant about votekicking immediately. Still doesnt excuse them, especially after all 3 of us said he was afk and they saw he was on round 10. But in a game where players votekicked promptly and properly, purple would have still given them doubts about votekicking immediately as well as taken an advantage for himself. whereas if he didnt take teal's kills the afk player would have been votekicked swiftly and immediately after round 1. I didn't even notice teal was afk immediately because of this. Thanks guys

Getting actively involved in the votekick at minute 13 is fairly late, therefore I will not consider their voting, given there have been 2 votings before.

All except Abysmal and pwnstorm banned.

craaash will receive a special treatment for his nice words ingame /s.
