Because his strongest spell is sandstorm it deals 100 dmg per sec and during time is 80sec so= 100x80=8000 dmg, but its almost impossible to deal this amount of damage, because your opponent wouldn't stay there for 80 sec, thats why it takes only 5th place on our top 5.

It's during time is 30 sec, and it hits you 3 times per sec by 62.5 dmg= 30x3x62.5=5300 dmg on 16 lvl. Thats very impressive, however , it can be shared by others enemines and hits by a bit portions, thats why only 4th place.
