Heyo,
not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this but it does say suggestions so here I go. Azeroth Wars LR has a new version out, I decided to skip 1.89c and go straight to 1.90 with lots of big changes, the details can be found here
http://diplomunion.com/index.php?thread ... log.18388/
All known bugs and glitches have been fixed and we have been hard at work balancing and testing the new version, hopefully everyone is happy with our work.

@Rhemar
Read plz: https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.p ... s&start=30
Play the 1.90 map and confirm whether it is better and stable than 1.88.
1.89 was not.
Is the 1.90 map by the original 1.88 map maker? or another who took over? you?

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
I read that thread, I actually posted in it 2 times. I am the current map maker, the previous team (the 1.88g team) has resigned while entrusting me with the future of LR, they have all moved on to their own projects and are no longer working on Azeroth Wars. My team also has Talinn and Augur, Augur is the original creator of Azeroth Wars, he created the first AW map ever and is now back to work on it again, there's not much else I can say to prove that I'm the actual editor. We have playtested 1.90 multiple times and it is definitely better than 1.88g both balance wise and in regards to bugs so I hope you will update your bot.

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
First of all, @nabo. , thank you for mentioning me as one of the people you'd wish to hear an opinion from.
As to the topic at hand:
I had a chance to play 1.90 as Night Elves (LB and Brown) and High Elves (Green) and have to say that the changes were well thought out. The NE vs Horde fight has completely changed in terms of dynamics. It feels smoother, slightly (but not much) longer and more enjoyable for both NE and Horde (the latter is what I've gathered from my opponents).
I'd like to highlight the changes to Druids (Brown) in particular as I find them to be the best part of this version. He was changed from a farming snorefest and a 10-mins long walk of shame around Hyjal into a really fun, fully fleshed out race that gets to move forward right off the bat. The changes to Sentinels (LB) are also nice, especially the new spell on Acolytes, which gives LB some more micro (something that's always welcome).
As for Green, the removal of Ballistae doesn't hurt him at all. In most games you wouldn't be able to afford them anyway. The changes to range and the buff to Sylvanas and Farstriders gives him the best ranged units in the game, so there's that. They're subtle, but I find them to be extremely neat as it's a push in a good direction.
What I'm afraid of, however, is that most people will not try to adapt to some of the changes and just call them bad without giving them a full run. This is also why I'd appreciate - and at the same time beg of you - if you, @nabo. , as well as the other moderators responsible for AWLR on ENT, would judge every opinion with a grain of salt as it may be biased towards one or the other side, we're all humans after all.
Once more, thank you for asking me to share my thoughts and here's to hoping that you'll add 1.90 to ENT as I find it to be much more enjoyable than 1.88g, provided that you wish to play the game and not abuse the bugs, glitches or messed up game elements.

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
I helped test out in 1.9, and tbh there were changes that were both in the positives and negatives depending on how they are looked at. However, 1.9 has only been out for a day, therefore it might be a good idea for people to have a couple of days just to look at the map and have some full games on it before saying "oh this is so good that it must be put on ENT" or "oh this is so bad that it should never be put on the ENT".
If people have an opinion about the map right now (regardless of if you say its good or bad) it is clearly a display of ignorance since they are talking about the map without really having played it. Overall I do think that 1.9 has less bugs (from a tester's perspective) but I won't say this for sure unless I have enough games on 1.9 to actually experience the changes in full house games. I personally think that this process could be accelerated if ENT decides to host 1.9 just to test it out for a few days, but I don't call the shots so I would respect the decision of the administrators.

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
Updates and changes can be great. There will always be some haters or those who cant compromise with change. People should be able to adapt as long as these changes are balanced out.
The main concern at hand is stability: whether 1.9 has big and/or more glitches than 1.88.
If there are certain glitches that cannot be fixed for w/e reason, I would like a PM with a list of them.
You guys may try hosting the game via our bot: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:HostGuide
Once you guys test the map, keep us updated.

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
I think people will have a problem with the new way blue playes.
and the Kaildor fight is something there is new to all players night elfs and horde players so i a sence
it is balanced right there. on the other hand the tunnel systerm makes it easy for horde to spilt night elfs up and kill them one by one.
brown will have a hard time playing this version. (in ent games people then to be less skilld then the testers)

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
Firstly, Nabo, I'd like to also thank you for mentioning me in your post. I'm not going to say much, just the following;
As an old editor of Azeroth Wars Legacy Reborn, I can confirm you that Rhemar is the current main editor, so don't worry about that.
As of the version, I know that Rhemar has worked very hard these past few months to complete the new version and that he's spent a lot of time and effort for it. In my point of view the version MUST be approved for the ENT bot, as it's got a lot of new changes, less bugs and is more balanced than 1.88g.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Re: Azeroth Wars update (again)
I played 1.90 and I have to say that it is better than 1.88g. I don´t know, if admins and moderators play AW: LR, but if yes, you should know about insane game-breaking bugs in 1.88g. If not, I will name the most well-known of them:
Dalaran gate cannot be closed: you night think that this is nothing so big, but in Dalran there is Book of Medivh, which can summon Burning Legion for blue. Blue has permanently invisible units which can be used to steal it. One way to stop them is to have gates closed, what cannot be accomplished in 1.88g. If blue is able to summon Legion in the beginning, one of three starting fights is in fact decided in favour of blue and red (as blue will get another army with chaos damage and one of strongest heroes in game almost immediately). And there is no warning for orange (Dalaran) in game that this bug is a thing, so even players of older versions can lose due to bug. So: game-breaking bug.
Another one is teleporting to mastery buildings: In corner of map are mastery buildings for each player, which are used to get some upgrades. Orange has item (Staff of teleportation) in his shops, which can be used to teleport to friendly building. He can teleport to his mastery building, but, as there is no place, his hero will appear on closest free spot. Unfortunately, right next to these buildings is Kil´Jaeden, hero for blue, who can be obtained later in game. When he is there, he is neutral and can be attacked. So, orange can kill him before blue gets him. You may say that this is no big deal, but this hero cannot be revived and is something like second chance for blue. When blue summons Burning Legion, he gets Archimonde, hero, who cannot be revived. When he is killed, he will get Kil´Jaeden. If Kil´Jaeden is killed, he will lose all of his units and buildings and gets small force as his third chance (second being Kil´Jaeden). Do you see problem now? By losing Kil´Jaeden to orange, who uses bug with teleportation, blue loses his second chance and in fact, whole game, as his third chance sucks (although it is supposed to suck). So: another game-breaking bug.
And, third one and best: Druids of the Fang. Brown (druids) is able to get this unit. This is just normal unit, so it is unlimitted. It would be OK, but there is problem with their collision size, so they can be stacked in great numbers on small spot. Not to mention that they have fast or very fast attack speed and good attack. So, due to this bug, they can kill any other army and brown can win only by massing this one type of unit. It doesn´t matter how great is his enemy, how good is his unit composition or heroes, he will lose to brown spamming this one unit. So: the biggest game-breaking bug possible.
What I wanted to say is that 1.88g is extremely bugged and due to these bugs imbalanced version. Even if 1.90 had bigger numbers of smaller bugs, these bugs aren´t game-breaking. In 1.88g, decent player (or maybe even noob who knows about third bug) can as brown defeat pros. Lots of people are disgusted with bugs in 1.88g and despise this version. There is better version out there (even multiple versions...you know, 1.89, 1.89a, 1.89b) and it is called 1.90. If you want AW: LR to grow and being played on your bots, you should give it a shot. Even if there were some bugs, this version will be updated. You will never get 1.88h. AW: LR is on 1.90 and this version will be updated. 1.88g will remain the same as it was and people will become more and more bored of it and eventually, they will stop playing it. By updating AW: LR to newer version you will bring more people to it, who could come to diplomunion.com to report bugs, suggestions and their opinions and improve the map.
And if you are afraid that some people won´t like it, you should remember that some people are just blind idiots. Could you imagine that there are people who think that during communism in eastern Europe people were free to travel to West? Well, I met some. Just like I met AW: LR players, who think that 1.88g is balanced version without big bugs.
