Obviously bot is malfunctioning and kicks kwycke this game - which they draw as he is dcing. In the meantime I sign for a 2v2, which I unhost so everyone can play a 4v4. In which I get the same response as kwycke to the bot host.

this is a lie...yea fana unhosted the 3v3 to not let ppl sit out for nothing... re hosted and eldryan got sniped....after he got sniped he started complaining and we draw the current game so he could play! kwycke didnt lagget out!

also eldryan is also creating 3s or 2s games when ppl doesnt want to play it...and he just do it cuz he think he wont lag if less players on lobby
so somehow i think its his fault!

I have never met a person more despicable than you in my life. How you can even have the audacity to post this up is beyond me. The real issue at hand is the fact you keep constantly joining games where you lag every few seconds and drop irritating every person in the game then block the bot by creating 2s games while there are 20+ people waiting in the channel. You should literally be banned from playing any more games until you fix your disgusting internet connection. Then there is the separate issue of the verbal abuse you chuck at anyone who complains about your lag.

@eldryan we have spoken of this - you need to fix the lag or stop playing - you even told me yourself you'd quit LIHL until it was fixed, which you didn't (which is fine) but you need to fix the lag
Regarding the incident at hand I'm not sure what to believe really

You can read the chat. It's all right there - there's no issue of belief.

I did fix my lag - the dc was the bot, about 2 seconds in...

"block the bot" - never seen a more retarded comment in my life. The 4v4 game had started, and we had only 3 people in channel. I messaged about unhosting, and they flamed about it. Then 1 minute later they are all in channel and signing... and then ask me to unhost the 2v2 game, which I do. Then they start the 4v4 I am signed in... Then fana starts while I am not in lobby. Although apparently he failed with swapping and made a 3v4 - not really sure what he was doing.

Good to see @Bit participating in LIHL discussions again.

As to @god.lik3 .... Kwycky was in process of lagging out, and did eventually as is obvious from the screen, due to the bot lag spike...

At a bare minimum, he - unhosted without permission. Refused to swap in people who didn't permit it and kicked obs, then started game. Then in the 4v4 remake, started without all the players there.

Apparently the last one wasn't a kick - I said in my OP I don't have the replay. I didn't ban request after the first kick+start... however, doing it twice in 2 hours was just stupid. Upon seeing replay, the second instance may have been a mistake - however he didn't wait for me to rejoin after the 3v4, and made a new game I wasn't in... Not ban-worthy with the replay available showing he didn't kick, but worthy of notice and definitely abuse...

Following happened:
Fanatismo unhosted a 3v3 after the majority of the players agreed to it. Eldryan did not agree or denie that, he just did not say anything.

So, either
-Eldryan was afk (without telling us) and missed the discussion about the unhost. Then he was also afk in lobby and could not sign for the 4s. In that case fana should be sorry.

Or
-Eldryan was not afk in the 3v3 and read the discussion about unhosting. He said nothing and did not sign in channel for the 4s on purpose to provoke the current situation. I think that fana beleived the second story.

Lemme get this straight:

-A 3s is hosted, all people are in lobby.
-2 people wanna join for 4s, so the 3s get unhosted by fanatismo via !unhost
-A 4s is hosted, eldryan loses his spot

Is this correct? If the 3s were unhosted that way, we got no replay for that, right?

-Fanatismo kicking eldryan from the 4s also?

He is allowed to do that as far as I can tell.

So if Fana disagreed, he can kick eldryan -> no abuse.

There is no rule which says that the players of an unhosted game have reserved spots for the next one in any case. I got sniped like that a few times during the first season I played, there was never a complaint seen, even if it happened to someone else. If there was an unwritten 'rule' (gentlemen's agreement) seasons prior to that, then I am not aware of it.

So the only thing that remains is the unhost of the 3s without everyone's consent. Now we don't have the chatlog of that, so we gotta rely on witnesses.

Sorry, overlooked the 3rd link. Eldryan pings out in Lobby, is replaced by kwycky without consent of Eldryan as he is not in the game.

Fana Did nothing wrong.We rehosted so eldryan(who wasnt even present in the first game lobby being afk) can play even though in game he lagged 4-5 times on each level.This continued to the next game where he dced cause of the lag.After we drawed eldryan rehosted and wanted to play again but everyone had an objection.He insisted that he doesnt "lag".

So the "abuses" are ..
1) He unhosted without full agreement (which happens in like 99% of the unhosted games because ppl never answer)
2) You lagged out in lobby, he swapped someone in and started

The rest is irrelevant I guess.

1) sucks but happens and as we got no lobby chat and/or times it's hard to do anything here. As said this rule is pretty much never fully followed (same as the darkgreen building rule for example) and if the owner asks if anyone is against unhosting, waits a while and does it if no one speaks against it it's good enough imo. Nonetheless @Fanatismo be more careful when unhosting and try to get answers from everyone.

2) Again we can't see how long he waited for you to rejoin etc and since you keep playing with crazy lags (after Krumme apparently told you to fix your issues before you play again) I understand why he didn't wait too long (if he didn't). But again @Fanatismo the next time wait a few minutes.

Anyway, looks like much drama for minor problems and a warning to Fanatismo is enough.
@eld f something similar happens again tell us.
