Why are you banned: Disconnect(provider problems)
Why you should be unbanned: Okay first of all i'd like to start this polite but actually i'm quite upset... I'm a very loyal ent player not just dota! over 330+ games on dota never a single mistake/ragequit/disconnect (till now) and i get banned instantly sorry if I'm disappointed ! but this is not the way to treat loyal and decent players.. especially not if it wasn't even my fault in the first place internet provider (telenet in my case) was working on the internet in my city at this time so my internet connection was operating badly.
I hope this won't take long
after all you should hunt the spoilers and not the ones who make this community for what it is
