Banned?

Situation:Its not letting me join any of the dota games and i shouldnt be banned to my knowledge i havent been dropped or anything or votekicked or violated any rules to my knowledge
Why you should be unbanned:I was just hoping to know why i was banned, if you guys could help me out that would be "swell".
