Hm, well something I've always wanted is a version control service for .W3X files that also displays and allows you to edit the object / trigger data, then recompile and download an editable or optimized copy from the server.
I've started mocking up the kind of look I'd like, and if I managed to complete an actual working version it would pretty much let the map be edited by the community. It'd be trivial at that point to allow comments / editable data in a wiki-like format.
