Stop swapping players in who are unvouched. What shall we do with players who are disregarding the rules? If players don't care about rules, then might as well not have a league filled with players, who know nothing but self-administered justice.

I know this looks bad but people whillimgly voted yes and agreed to swaps so that a games would start - it's not like this was obviuce rape threat to swap me in... And I didn't encourage anything, this was just players that wanted a game to start and therefore agreed and votes yes to swap in - if u are gonna ban several players then the leaguebwill suffer unnessearily. And if u candle the bans and put it all on my shoulders then the league will also die. This was no different than the unwritten drawrule.... Nobody got hurt - nobody did something that they didn't agree to - Chuck just got mad cos he lost a game.

It's pretty easy to make the mods the bad guys in this case but now as we have a thread going lets talk instead of banning people, disregarding the rules and blaming anyone.
Fact is Fiji disregarded the rules once again and have done so countless of times. Fact is if this was someone semi active/inactive guy he would be permanently unvouched already but as Fiji is a keystone in our community and an active player we have given him some slack. This time he disregarded the rules by dodging a ban - yes it may not be directly his idea, but if we cannot respect the rules within LIHL - why do we have them?

In the end the rules are here to uphold order and boundries, to make LIHL a better place but if the community decide to shit all over the rules, why even bother having them?
If you all want the rules gone I see no reason why it shouldn't be gone - I for one don't want to waste several hours every other day on modding for players to just don't give a shit about what we mods do.
To all of you in the game - please do state your opinion on this matter - do you feel it was totally "cool" that he was swapped in even though he was banned?

Regardless of what the daycounter on the ban on everyone involved in this incident - you all crossed the line. If we cannot respect the rules and take the responsibility of your actions, this would not be LIHL but a high ELO bot where whoever that wants to can leave and cheat as they please.

And I'm not even sure why we are talking about Chuck right here.

There should be some leeway in the rules since there are not many active players in the league? Banning fiji for a season and those 5 players basically kills the league for five days. Chuck isn't even an active member in the first place and doesn't even have the skill level currently to play in the league tbh

A better consequence for rule breaking should be taking away ELO imo since people care about it so much more and it doesn't affect the leagues activity

1 - fiji is ban coz command abuse and he didnt have the command of this game so where is the problem ?
2 - sx.chuck had the worst comportment ever. For this i won't play any games with him anymore (nothing to add) + whining to modos shows how he is just a child
3 - you bann 5 players ? I had the commands of the game so bann me but not the others who wanted just 4s. I did the swap so im the only guy who should be bann
4 - Constrastingly than this bitch i assume my acts. When i see the mentality of some lihl players i find it just patetic.

We all agreed to swap fiji in. Everyone that agreed to it should share equal blame and be unbanned. Just not the owners of the game.

as you said @tastay - we can't ban everyone and therefor have to act upon the ones with the responsibility - the owners. Their bans will probably be reduced but if we have to maintain an idea of a ruleset within LIHL we have to punish someone, if we do not it's all for nothing and there is no reasons to have mods or rules and in the end I highly doubt this is what you want.

If you are viewing me as someone playing god and causing havoc - then ur badly mistaken - since when have I been destructive to this leagues activity or playstyle? Did I ever show any fucking destructiveness or cause a decrease in the activity? Nope... Quite the contrary I'd say - I suggest that players will be unbanned - and I will continue my 20 day ban and people can always use me if it's needed.. (another unwritten rule) persay..

i also don't think that Oliver is in anyway harming community.
Actually he's someone who can help out new players rly good.

Regarding the swap... I didn't know it was forbidden w/e we were missing a player.

I know that there are rules we have to follow, but rly please consider the system you are using in fact you just got 20% of your most active players banned, thus i doubt u will get a 4s going next days.

I think with such a small community (70 players i think +- thereoff 20 actually really active) it s problematic to use a punishment that forbids a player to compete.
Please consider some other punishment, as I mentioned with Oliver being banned we always missed the 6th or 8th person for 3s or 4s.
So with the punishment of unvouching a player you really harm the community which is small enough already.
