Ok, lets make things clear, since so many people offending me cuz of my report to Fiji :

1) I know Fiji since before all of you, around 7 or 8 years i know and play games with him, we started on footmen frenzy 5.4 and me and occupyw.street made him start legion, so just u know we are friends , i have a huge respect for him, hes born to be a leader

2) Its nothing personal, he knows its not, he knows im Very explosive sometimes and my brasilian blood makes me do things without thinking much about it .But i start to realize LIHL is becoming a real mess and something must happen so we can restore the order in the house, its nothing only rules being broken but also too many flame talk by some kids and im doing what i consider right, PERIOD.

3)i sign for a 3v3 and when i see a 4v4 started, and when people were in lobby i even questioned ''isnt fiji banned? he will play anyway?'' no1 said anything, meaning all players in there except me, Braveheart and/or some who were possibly afk, agreed with breaking the rules, it seems those who have swap power feel above rest and feel like they can decide whatever they want, so i think every player that didn`t say anything about him playing should also be BANNED for 1 day at least, just to learn how to be fair and what rules are made for

4)doesn`t matter if hes best or worst player in league, rules are the same to all , he knew the risk even tho he didn't care about it

5)Even tho, hes very active player, really nice person, i'm pretty sure he won`t abuse his friendship and contacts to have whatever he wants again, maybe we should re-think this swap thing, its really ruining games and making people pick their team and put players who don't get along in the other, i believe a ban until season ends is too much, not necessary, but he needs to be an example, this ain't pub, this is a place where above all, rules should be respected so we have fair games with fair plays, fair players we know we don't have at all, cuz of kick,swap abuse and ban disrespects we have seen a lot

Now i ask , whos qvist? this kid seems to like breaking the rules cuz he thinks i'm wrong by reporting Fiji, second time he talks shit about me , and i don't even know who's that, not even sure if hes LIHL, and hes defending someone who CLEARLY BROKE RULES AND DISRESPECTED LIHL COMMUNITY.
Suggestion : give a week ban to Fiji, its more than enough , so he has time to re-think all his attitudes and the rest of league can use him as an example and so we can keep playing without too much drama , this is a new day, everyone can re-think his own thoughts and please if u admins can consider what i wrote, i'd appreciate, democracy is all about arguments and counter-arguments, i believe yes everyone should have a penalty when doing something wrong, but i also believe everyone can learn with his mistakes and prove to others he has changed, since Fiji won last 3 seasons, hes the nicest guy in LIHL, everybody admires and likes him, this doesn't happen by accident, respect is something we earn, one week is more than enough, trust me , so he can realize what he has done and the others will think 2x before doing something wrong, everyone ends learning something with this, specially Fiji and those who agreed with him being in the game, which is as bad or even worse than him wanting to play (which is normal to all LIHL members who are banned and wanting to play)
Hes a person that supports every player and hes always able to teach and listen, lets be fair with him now as a community and agree his ban should be lowered to 1 week at max and i say sorry for the report but i did what i found necessary,

The ban duration is not subject to votings. Your argument of "democracy" only applies to the ban duration prior to the enforcement - as I said in the other topic, feel free to post a suggestion to argue about ban lenghts. However, do NOT forget that he has a rather big ban history.

Since I'm no big fan of this fast archiving (tho I can understand it) I still want to make a short response

1) You haven't done anything wrong, in fact you were the only player (out of 20ish I guess) who reported a heavy rule break, so thanks for that.
2) qvist is Donbola, but I won't comment on your dispute with him (maybe it's one sided, idk) as I'm no kindergartner

About your suggestion: He had too many short bans to "rethink" his actions (it was almost always said that the next time the ban will be longer but we never did it until now). But kicking a player from an ongoing game for no reason what so ever simply crosses the line, and so does dodging his ban afterwards.
Also, we are quite lenient with bans and both, his initial ban and his ban for doging it could have been shortened if he reacted properly and mature, saying that what he did is wrong and that it won't happen again etc, but instead he keeps saying(and maybe even thinking) that he hasn't done anything wrong and keeps flaming nonstop. He has done two big wrongs, yet he thinks it's the mods and the players who agreed to swap him in who are in the wrong. No, it's all due to him and his actions. If his reaction would be as mannered and mature as yours, we sure could have spoken about shortening the ban.
