Hutzu is the one that banned me over his personal issues with me and is the same one that erases my appeals and says I'm spamming before I get to answer. He gave me a warning, I didn't break the warning but in the PM we ended up arguing then he gave me a new ban based on absolutely nothing but his own personal choice. I didn't break one rule on a game nor did I break on rule in this site. So where does he have the right to ban me? Says "43835 (other)" is my ban reason. Not one rule broken tho and thus he's abusing ban

You spammed the appeals after numerous mods have told you to stop. The option of playing on the bots is a privilege, not a right.

Ya it looks like spamming because they erase before I get any words out. 1st 2 was based on thinking I was talking of another ban. This is a serious issue and don't get how you take it so lightly. Ya may be a privilege but what is the point of ban rules if your admins don't even follow them correctly. Is it also hutzu ' s privilege to just ban based on his personal reasons? That is definition of abuse.. So why have these forums in hopes to stop it, when you just simply dismiss it

Finally you found the complaint-section, which you should have used to begin with after you felt mistreated by matdas.

Ban-extension due to flaming ENT staff (keep your "if" to yourself, we all know what you meant), overall spam, no remorse of your actions in any of your appeals. Similar case had been handled the same way by an admin. Ban was extended in that case, so did I do here.

Hutzu is not the one that initially banned you and he is justified in closing your appeals. He did ban you eventually and I'll get to that later.
Ent is not a buffet, you cannot create new appeals on the chance that more leient mod will arrive.
You can create a new appeal if you feel that the mod is biased or not fully informed when they made their decision but after 4 mods this is not certainly the case. (After 2 its usually not the case for anybody going to try to quote me on this).

You were told to make a complaint.
You instead made more appeals. Therefore you got another warning.

the "43835" is a thread id (however, you wrote it down incorrectly. the correct one is "45835"), which means the reason for your ban can be found at https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=45835
@hutzu probably should've made it a bit more obvious that he extended the ban in the post. But seriously, not spamming is a rule for everything.

Please do not use ban appeals to complain, spam, or curse out moderators/other players. As users on the free hosting service you are granted your right to appeal so all we ask is that you keep it civil. Failure to keep civil behavior will result in action at moderator's discretion. If you have a complaint about how things are handled then use the complaint forum.

You were spamming, at hutzu's discretion he gave you a ban.

You can even see an example of an appeal there, and it looks nothing like yours.

No you're looking at it so one minded, ...I had asked j4zzm4n where to write it in pm then if my appeals arnt correct, he didnt answer me and obviously i didn't notice there was a complaint section till after the fact.. i didnt make appeals for the chance of a "lienent mod" i made the 2nd appeal not understanding why the 1st one was gone. 3rd and 4th appeals were based on the fact that it seemed i couldnt get my side of the situation told before it was erased and felt to me on purpose..i mean whats the point of the forums if you guys wont listen to any reasoning. I also know he didn't initially ban me and I never initially seeked him out nor was that ever an issue. He pm a warning, I obliged by it and then we argued personally.. How is his ban not abuse if hes making it his own personal choice. I broke no rules by HIM pm'ing me and arguing. Hutzu your statement on here is bs, I tried to have remorse in the last appeal and had said the whole situation was stupid and that we got mad over what was said to eachother and no I didn't flame all of ent staff you know very well that was directed to you and matdas. You guys only dismiss me instead of actually working it out, what cambriosleuse did just now was the closest I got to any good answer or an admin actually acting like an admin twards any of it but he's still in the dark about some info it seems. I came on here in hopes to talk it out and get a better understanding on the abuse of ban but instead felt like I was pushed aside based on personal reasons so I tried to find somewhere to get it out because who wouldn't want their side heard and understood clearly. Fyi he banned me before the 4 appeals so you can't say it's based on those. The 4 appeals was soley abt his ban from pm'ing me. So I still don't see any rules I broke based on his initial ban regardless of me not knowing the site fully to know that there was a complain section as opposed to an appeal section

When you get forum-banned for a day, you are not supposed to create a new account. That is ban-dodging. Can you not understand that? You are just digging yourself deeper and deeper into trouble atm.

The number is a topic ID. It links to a topic on the forum which is most likely your ban request case. If not, players can appeal.

Major factor is your attitude tho. If you dont like what a mod did, then pm a green. They will handle your case.
