But it seems that these spikes have appeared recently! Is it due to a recent update? Because i have no pb playing Ent bot until the last dota game update.

Well I got some Issues with dropping players too, And also awith New loaded map seems we cant join and bot autokick us on lobby

It seems that every european (or at least french players) players have high ping on your bots now... Is there any solution to this problem? Did you move your servers these last months? I have played at least 50 games with more than 100 ms... It is really annoying and I am quite fed up with it now. Is there any solution to fix it?

What is the new problem with your bots again? I have more 200 ms in your bots... OMG, It seems the lag was fixed recently but it comes back today...

Our bots are located in southeastern United States. If you are far away then you will have higher ping, there's no way to fix this. Moving to resolved tech support.
