Can you add civilization wars v2.30 final with referees to the map database so we can privately host it?

You can upload the map using ENT Link, to load the map use the command !map :civilization wars v2.30 and then host it.

How do we host with referees?

That's a good idea, should be able to host any map with referees without config file. I'll think about how to do it.

Is it possible to make a civ wars with referees in the mean time? It would be much appreciated, our inhouse bot is down atm.

Upload the map via ENT Link, post the load code, and I'll edit it so that load code will also add referees.

Did you upload via ENT Link? I don't see any maps uploaded like that on ENT Link. I need you to upload it so that it creates config file for you and the load code.
