8:00 - 9:30 : Lina take invis rune and heads top. After killing courier he backs into secret shop. Returns to top lane to engage with vs. After vs stuns he heads back to secret shop. Casts a blind stun into the fog that lands on tinker. No vision on purple for a long time prior to stun.

11th min : Chases low hp hero into secret shop. Loses vision of hero. Casts a blind stun into the upper exit of the side shop. Most people would chase or cast into the sides. Full awareness of player.
Any further thoughts:
42 min : Mentions if he were to get banned he would dodge.

sigh..

1) When someone is chasing you i think most people would agree it is safe to cast an aoe stun behind you.
2) The same could be said for you following me through fog. (suspicious)
3) Many times when I'm trying to kill you, you start running the second I start running to you. Just as suspicious.
4) I was in fog of war and you somehow managed to always stay on opposite side of map of me.
5) Of course if you start flaming me I am going to flame back, besides I think most people know the difference between dynamic and static Ip's so obviously if you are flaming me threatening to ban me I am going to say things that make you mad on purpose. So when you say " reported" of course I am going to say things like that whether they are true or not.

8-9:30 min - lina was going to gank top, but on the way there was a courier. he kills it then vs comes and stuns, that's why he heads back. lina didn't have vision of tinker for a while, but it's hinted that tinker was still following her. Nothing susicious there.
11 min - suspicious, not blatant
