Okay, so cyberpunk told me to make a thread here.
Problem: The majority of the players in the civ wars community (not sure about other communities) are not aware that votekicking noobs who wreck games is against the rules and is a bannable offense, yet the votekick option is used very frequently for the public hosting bot (ENT16) especially in the lobby when creating games.
Suggested Solution: When someone initiates a votekick, perhaps the bot could create a message that explains that votekicking noobs is a bannable offense, and players should not do it. Then people would be aware of the rules and not break them. (this could apply to other bots as well).
Make people more aware that they shouldn't votekick noobs

Re: Make people more aware that they shouldn't votekick noob
Well, to be clear, if someone refuses to listen to their team then they can be votekicked. If they're new to the game and and are willing to learn though, then votekicking them would be abuse.
The idea sounds reasonable though. We have a similar thing to spread awareness for !ignore command.
