Hero Line Wars

Ahoy!

I have a question regarding the ENT hosted Hero Line Wars games, using the map "uxHeroLineWars.w3x";
Is it allowed to use minions such as phoenixes to pick additional heroes? It's a bug, and a player I played against exploited this. I was wondering whether or not there would be possible to punish players for these kinds of exploits.

Any glitch including multi hero or life glitch sending invulnerable units is bannable by our general rules.
