It is not hard to understand. I know that you think I am not currently active enough in ban requests at the moment.

I am trying to prove myself to you that I have the ability to be active enough from my work ethic from the last time I was a moderator. Which was, incredibly active. Which means that I will definitely be active in the future.

I'm not going to give anyone "attitude or commitment issues" to anyone, I have behaved very well and will continue to do so if you are willing to give me a chance. I am not sure I remember you, but if you look through my post history I have been nothing but positive/helpful in most if not all of my posts in the past few months. If I was to be a Moderator it would also mean that I would have to be even more polite in order to not step on anyone's toes.

Dont get me wrong, your experience is worth a lot and you know how to deal with things; how to hunt dodgers and be fair ingame. However, the only reason - and a major one - is your lack of activity in the ban request section.

I will take your word that you will post ban requests and comment on some DotA or LTD (or w7e) ban requests.
Once I see you are serious about doing the mod's job, I will gladly invite you on staff.

Moderation positions are given based on what they can actual do now and not what they did in the past or will do in the future - tho, it is a plus point. :)

I would like you to reapply in two weeks. I think it is a decent time to monitor your activity and commitment for the actual moderation job.
Furthermore, I hope we dont have to talk about the playing games/doing work on forum-ratio. If you apply here on ENT, forum job is 60-70% of your work.
