For example on this page here: http://clanent.net/customstats/top/
Its cool it shows their ELO and win/loss for top player in order, but it would also be cool if it tracked their top elo ever achieved for each player in another column. Players elo goes up and down all the time so there is no way to see if someone use to be the top or not etc.. it would just be cool to have it always do a check with their elo and see if new score greater than, then update their top elo ever achieved if-not then do nothing.

Re: Also Log top score ever from players
What would be the point in that though? The top 10 is there because they are constantly having the highest 10 elo's on the Ent server.
Re: Also Log top score ever from players
eh not really.. the higher you are.. the harder you fall. same goes with elo if they have lets say 2000ish and they lose a few they drop waay more than if they were like 1000 and lost a few or had a bad day and lost 10 also it makes it very hard to get back up there if they ever can get back up. like for example im pretty sure gouus in ltd wasnt the highest a week ago or so. It would just be cool as like a hall of fame type thing thats always updated. Like iG0D may have been over 200 at one time but he cant prove that because hes below 2000 right now. I mean its not a big deal really but it would be cool and also people are really into stats sometimes. Half the reason ENT is becoming the top and putting bgn to shame is because of the stats.. the more you can do with it the more ppl like it.

Dumb idea, if your elo goes down the its giving a more accurate representation of where you're meant to be.

Re: Also Log top score ever from players
Imo should have a page where the user could select the top 10 players by month or week.
Not by ELO but by the number of wins. In this way you could find the best player of the month, week or even day.
ps. sorry, i'm just posting because your suggestion reminded me of this idea. :3

yeah but sometimes its cool to look back and see who was the best.. and the top they ever got too.. for example.. if someone once got to 2500 elo and then fell down and the newest top guy was bragging about 2100elo he could be humbled a bit knowing he wasnt the best of all time. something like in that regard.. I dont really always care whos the best right now sometimes its cool to see who was the best of the best of all time. It would be cool to keep those records and that cant be argued.
I also like cybers idea, would be cool to have columns where you can organize the list by highest elo or highest wins or if my idea is made then also organize it by highest elos ever achieved by those players in the database.

Re: Also Log top score ever from players
If their ELO decreases so much then they didn't deserve their earlier ELO. ELO updates more to match current average player (which should have ELO of 1000) and player's own skill level.

Re: Also Log top score ever from players
i agree with you on that, but just saying it would be cool to also just hold that players top elo that they ever reached in their time playing as a separate thing. It would be cool, but if its too much extra work no worries.
