i doubt this ... never saw diablo_/hutzu and (some time ago) krumme doing an action which wasnt 100% objective. maybe i just dont mind them, but normaly my brain works quite nice

It's hilarious because he is so biased and rude. His elo is in the 500's he brought nothing to the table that is why this is hilarious. Him and tasty are twins as far as attitude. He would never punish tasty aka him defending tastay when he broke rules before.... But please give him your support #betterlucknexttime

To clafiry some things i would never treat some people different.We had our differences but i cant seem to find any ways to do harm to you through being a mod.I played with you 6-7 games this season in 1 you make a call on 10 to send which i was opposed and we use 3 heals and die, in another 3 games you missheal.I never provoked you used the command !ignore to avoid conflict with you so many times.If i recall correct when fanatismo which was on my team and your enemy did dc on lvl 20, 5-6 people draw out and you were the only one who talked in all chat and said i dont care you lose.Even though we had our differences i never provoked you unlike you.Regarding my skill level you can ask Beep and fiji,the last 2 winners if you dont believe then you can take some time and watch a few of my replays.

We played 1 game together you played alone which your behaviour not mine led you 12 hours unvouch. If that doesnt say something what does?

The more one knows you one also knows how you are around your friends and the rules doesn't seem to be your first concern nor the well being of everyone else. Yes you are a nice guy and yes you are very active but I have not seen many mature unbiased thoughts from your side.

One should keep in mind that a LIHL mod position has no elo restriction. While it is good to have a rather high elo, it isnt needed and should not be subject of this discussion.

Furthermore, there're still other mods who oversee a mod's actions. While he didnt get any problems for what you claim he does/did, he surely will once being an official mod.

So except for his attitude, there isnt much left. - I do support a trial with special attention to his administrative behavior.

As far as admin works are the reason why people are entitled: Mod - then I see no problem with this request - he has a big network of friends who respect him aswell and that's the biggest reason to say yes to this application - nobody respects a Mod who isn't popular and human in their decisions.

He has plenty of support from the community, and the only ones who did not support him are people with personal problems with him that have nothing to do with this application.

Though actually it's the other way around
Most people who supported him so far are his close friends while most people who don't support him or are uncertain if he fits this position are/were (LIHL) mods (HBC, Guennter, Supersexyy, Krumme, me) who know what's needed for it and are (imo) very neutral and objective (yes, also HBC, he is just very direct) and don't write "I support" just because we like him as a person.
Not that you get me wrong, we do care about what our players think but it's simply a fact that a big part of the "regular" players would support every friend of them no matter whether they are fit for being a mod or not. Anyway, let's see what Hutzu thinks.

And @Arty Elo (skill) does matter to some extent as the LIHL mods decide who can and who can't join the league and it's uncertain if one of the worst players in this league can do this judgement properly. That's meant generally, I'm not talking about Armed here (the main reason he has so low Elo is the amount of games he is playing, his win rate isn't that bad).

As mentioned, ELO is no restriction, though it makes it easier to moderate vouch-requests if you play better than the average.
Though kinda equally unimportant/important is how many friends someone got. The more friends you got -> the higher the risk of biased decisions. That's why I stayed out of skype-convos even before the incident in last December. It's not that I didn't enjoy skyping with you guys, it was actually quite fun, though I noticed that also my performance suffered when talking hehe.

Typical tasks a mod could/should do:
1) Take care of PP-penalties
2) Take care of Vouch-requests
3) Do SS-tests
4) Take care of moderating in-game and forum arguments between players

1) That's pretty easy when you see it. Open up page -> copy game ID -> paste game ID -> press the only button that is there -> copy-paste the Elo-adjustment
2) I agree with most people that you should probably not deal with those alone, because I need to see more consistent performances. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't want you to contribute there though. Depending on your contributions, my and everyone else's opinion on this might change to your advantage.
3) That's easy too and you are active enough to do it.
4) I think you can step up to this, if you put your mind to it.

So a trial, as art)y said, could prove useful to see whether you are willing and capable of it all.

His skill did sink to a level that I was about to unvouch him at one point. I was just too busy to discuss the several reports, I got about him, with diablo_ and when I finally had some time, he stabilized, so I blew it off.

When we see favourism or abuse going on, we can still remove the powers.

After further discussion we decided to not accept you at this point. There's simply too much which speaks against accepting you. Feel free to reapply once you reduced your trolling (at least a bit) and have contributed more to vouch requests and other topics.
