So, I originally was submitting this for LB selling all his items and purposefully going afk, yada yada and figured while in there I wanted to watch Michelle play to grab some pointers on improved gameplay. Once in there I noticed some pretty suspicious gameplay and actually stopped watching after 19 minutes due to feeling I saw enough.

For starters player grabs all runes perfectly in the first 8 minutes, I boiled this to just luck because on a few there was some actual scouting going on. However at 11:20 when blue has himself and a copy sitting on ledge he actually pre sets up before grey comes into vision to get the kill. Again I guess you could rule this as "luck."

At 19 minutes just after being killed by me. With no pre-empted vision he teleports to top tower, goes invis and runs directly to me at side creeps and kills me.

I am extremely new at trying to find maphack (not sure how it works but assuming they have no fog) However I believe this player is using. If not feedback would be awesome!

I've watched this carefully. Definitely no evidence of maphack.

Here's the breakdown: Runes are generally not proof of MH, since there's a 50/50 chance, and even several in a row isn't that rare. In this case, it's even less proof because the first several were scouted.

11:20 replay time: This is just a lucky kill, doesn't look at all like maphack. As you say, this could be luck.

19:20 incident: At 19:00 replay time, blue respawns and, at that time, he had vision of you pushing top lane. You wisely backed off, but instead of changing lanes, you went to top jungle. At 19:10, blue gets vision of the creep wave, and you're no longer pushing, so he heads through jungle, and he catches you. Nothing unusual at all here.

As for LB griefing: At 6:56 replay time, LB sells his items and claims he has to leave to do something important. He sits behind the fountain for several minutes asking to be votekicked, and refuses to leave so that others can get his gold. At 9:20, he repurchases the same items he previously had, TPs to bot lane, dies, and leaves. It's not clear that the death was intentional, but I believe that the combination of selling items and then repurchasing the same exact items should be treated as item destruction and banned accordingly.
