Appeal Forum needs a change?

People are so confuse how to appeal their ban, we should do smtg to help them out

Forum appeal has 4 topics

1. Using Gproxy++
2. Finding replays
3. Banned from Clan ENT's bots? Read on!

I'd say to remove the topic Using Gproxy++ and merge the others topics in 1 topic, ex: Are you banned? you can see my idea below

Why should remove the topic Using Gproxy++ from Ban Appeal forum?
1. People who are in the forum Ban Appeal, they are not looking for information how to avoid disconnects.
2. Keep it clean, just 1 topic is enough
3. We can include the link to the topic Using Gproxy++ located in Technical support Forum

As most of you know, Clan ENT offers a free private hosting service with lots of available maps (and you can always suggest more in the Suggestions section). Some questions have arisen about users being banned from these private hosted games. Don't worry: if a non-admin user bans you in a private game, you will only be banned from games hosted by that user. You'll still be able to play all autohosted games and other users' private games.

• If you are banned on all Clan ENT hosting bots, post an appeal, before posting your ban appeal, you should also first check why you are banned to provide information on why the ban is incorrect, you can find your ban using Ent Link/Are you banned? or Ban List
  *if you don't remember that game, you can download the replay*
• If you are not banned and can't join the server, so please read the topic Technical Support FAQ, if you still need help make new topic in Technical support Forum
• If your internet goes off for a short time, you should try gproxy++ or ent connect

There are two ways to find your replay.

First way is to go to the Stats tab, search for the game, and then click the Download link. You should then get something like http://s1.clanent.net/replay/view_replay.php?file=393356.w3g. This link should be copied into your post under "Replay:" (you do not need to re-upload your replay, just use whatever you find).

Alternatively, you can go to http://clanent.net/findreplay.php, type in your username, and then look in your past few games for the game that you want. You should get a similar link as above.

Note that these automatically saved replays are deleted after a week, so you might not be able to find the replay.

Always start a new topic for your Ban Appeal, don't just add to someone else's appeal.

Just to let you know, that finding replays thread was copied over from the ban request section to the ban appeal section by me. I found it more convenient for that thread to be in both sections, rather than just one.
