suggestion
maybe it would be a good idea to start a list of failheals and then do stuff like: 3 failheal = ***days unvouch

Re: suggestion
it's not even about it being on purpose or not really
Missing heals is all about being focused and if you are not focused on the by far most important thing in the game then I personally think you should be ready to recieve a penalty of some sort.
I know a missheal happens for the best of us but misshealing several times per week is simply just not in order and I know for a fact that some people missheal more than others
Wether if people missheal enough to make a rule about it or not is up for me to judge but I don't think it will hurt if we start counting people's missheals

Re: suggestion
Hard to moderate healing, unless there is enough strong evidence indicating he/she will intentionally/probably not heal.
Ideas:
-lihl bot announcement in lobby/ingame could help (like our announcements for ent18 and ent31).
-Note people to ping somewhere and check their delay during the round, so they dont miss-heal due to delay.
-Going by with what Krumme mentioned, keeping a public record could serve as a purpose for individuals to be more careful and focused.
Are people not healing tat much?

Re: suggestion
I like Krumme's argument. A missed heal has so big consequences that it shouldn't happen, so such a rule about it would make sense to some degree. But then again missheals happen pretty rarely and I don't think this rule would change anything about the frequency and would just annoy a few people.

I. Unlikely to make any difference.
II. Players should already ping/inform the healer already (duh?)
III. Seems like a suggestion worthy to implement at least for trial. A public record, even if not used for punishments, can help both moderators and players to pay attention and to improve/adapt.

Well, people will learn it the hard way, eh? If they dont wanna be "shamed", then they should pay attention to the game they joined.
Still better than punishments, I guess.

Re: suggestion
-We all can agree that being not focus enough or not being careful enough are big reasons people "mis-heal", so announcement should not hurt. I have seen many who actually bother reading the bot announcements we put and tell me about them ingames.
-I have seen people complain about their delays, but dont see them pinging to check how many seconds of delay they have, so they dont miss their sending time for income or to avoid missing heal due to delay. So, even if it should be common sense, some either do not realize this practice or just not do it.

Re: suggestion
1.: im a little bit drunk (so sorry if my eng is not correct
)
but I have to say:
I'm basicly new in lihl, so I understand that the experienced players want an penalty for not healing. In my lihl time i missed the king healing twice but unfortunatly in the last 3days.
One time by ping... king was about 300hp but i waited cause we had reg on 20. I lagged allready before and I knew it, so it was my fault to w8 til last sec. And 1 time i was on king control cause mate was also kinda new in lihl and i didnt know shortkey to switch between king control and proph to heal so I was late. btw if being new its sometimes distressing to ask mates for (ofc for experienced players) "common sense basics" cause u worry about beeing called a "pub-noob". So I have to thank michael (that was your name wolf?!) and guennter for common advice. But we new ones NEED some help and advice, especially in things u dont learn also in 1100+ bot. I think im pretty good in building plans and maths, when to wisp and when to stay lj to hold, when to push and which call is best to win... thats something u learn by time. but in some ace the "old" players need to teach us (for example: shift click is np for me, but I dont know how to manage the fast switch between king spell and "re-attack" summons - which can save the king for example on 10) and of course u let the more experienced players control the king cause u want to win and may save heal
. So be a bit clement 2 us plz
!
To be back on topic:
I agree if some guys want to have a penalty for not healing the king- but I think no lihl player does it on purpose, its a mistake and it's legit, that the mates are angry about. But we all enjoy playing in league and since not healing the king is not a bratty move but caused by missing attention or other reasons it's fine with an elo penalty I think. ( suggestion: 3 missed heals = 30 elo or something don't know).
So, just be patient with the new ones, we all want to improve and wanna reach a higher level of skill. No need to flame, even if someone makes a minor ( or in case of heal - major) mistake. all in all, it's just a game although a really exciting addicting one![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)

Re: suggestion
i just see some people failing heals more often then other. i dont think they WANT to miss them, i just think they dont give enough attantion. they are not focused, like krumme said. and that is a problem i think. losing by non-heal is by far the most annyoing and if people would knew they may get banned for it, they would focus harder (my oppinion)
and for ofcourse there could be some more softiness for "newvouches" @drawkward .
@nabo. i dont speak of intentional missheals, they get banned anyway, but there are some people which fail heal more often then other, and it is quite unfair to lose cause of them.
this is a "proleague" and people get unvouched for playing bad ... healing is also part of the game and failing it kinda the biggest mistake u can do in the whole game
