Brief introduction: I'm a Korean DotA player, for about 7 years on and off. Played in all of the major leagues, including here on LTD. I'm somewhat new to LTD, but I'm a decent player and know the rules. I've played on ENT for a long time, but probably am not familiar to members of the community due to the fact that I often make new accounts.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): Varies considerably. Mostly at night (EST). During the day on weekends.
What is your current time zone: EST.
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Seven years of DotA play, and recent experience with LTD--enough to know the rules. No specific experience with moderating (other than my own ban requests and reviewing those of others).
Why do you want to become a game moderator: Lately I've been posting a lot of ban requests myself, and commenting on those of others. I've noticed that a backlog tends to develop and process times tend to be somewhat lengthy. I understand that hours and resources are limited, so I thought I would volunteer to help.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: I'm a good player, will review several requests per day on average (all types). I also play a decent amount. I'm fair in games and will be an effective set of "eyes on the street" in looking for abuses. As far as "tools" go, I have DRM, but I do not have FCD as I use Windows 8.1 and it does not seem compatible. I must say that, although I'm very good at judging suspicious moves for maphack, I'm not yet great at using these programs. I am happy to learn.

@Cambrioleuse I can use DRM, but not FCD. I can't seem to get FCD to work on Windows 8.1. That said, I haven't spent much time troubleshooting and will work on it.

While you are relatively new (joined 15th of January), you have a steady steam of posts and even engaged in suggestion discussions.
Your English is perfectly fine and your posts are well structured. You seem to have the basic knowledge to judge cases.

Could you please provide some "main" accounts with more than 10 games?
Are you aware that once being a moderator, you should reduce the amount of alias you've?

I travel for work and have played a game here and there from hotels (euro and south american). Nothing significant.

I've now spoken to several mods in addition to those who have posted in this thread, and the general sentiment is the same as yours. I will keep doing what I've been doing by way of forum activity, figure out some issues with FCD/DRM, and see you guys in chat more often. I will reapply in a couple of weeks. Thanks again.

If you're still willing to consider me based on the current application, then no. I'm happy to be considered. I assumed from the thoughts I've heard so far (and from the way that other applications have been handled int he past) that I'd need to reapply with some more experience. Thanks.
