i dc too that game i joined after 2-3 trys and i was obs..then people wasnt there..dont know what happend..but i sure that game didnt start

Yes. A 4s was started and hosted. Then before the game actually started we started a 3s and hosted that game -> double hosting (afaik) -> the 4s broke while the 3s worked just fine
And then Nore was asked to leave our game to go to channel to lihl refresh the bots so we made a draw in the 3s and refreshed the bots (hence killing the 4s cause some players couldn't join)
After that we started a 4s and I can't recall if Elektro got into that game but I didn't hear anyone complaining about getting sniped or anything - and there were plenty time to sign for the 4s
