Is there no anti-stick ban ???

I read lihl-rule again and again . but I can't find that kind of rules. Where is no- anti stuck ban in rule ?

And I also read ban-history for last 3 years. I can't find that kind of history. but That thing has happened a lot .

If it is ban reason , why nobody don't care about that till now?

I think It is just luck. And It is also part of game . even if I played with mod in same team when these thing happpened ,

They just said " lucky" or " LoL". Am I wrong ???

I accept My ban. cuz I don't have power to refuse that. but I still can't understand this.

And , Should we have to report that from now on ? Make rule more clear plz .

Not antistucking is a glitch abuse. If a creep stucks you have to antistuck it as fast as possible.
I've never seen stuck creeps not being antistucked on purpose yet. Sure it sometimes happens and it's also possible that no one sees it, but observers pinged several times in that game and also the other team told you to antistuck them.
