Why you should be unbanned:
We kicked him because this entire game was no fun at all. We tried in the 1st few minutes to help him but he wouldn't listen or cooperate with us to learn the game as a titan. Instead he tped right next to his mound and did nothing the entire game. Eventually we got bored so we kicked him so someone else can titan. None of us wanted to play a game where we did nothing except kill him a minute later. Atleast with purple we HAD a game.

So kicking out a new player titan for killing someone and pursuing in the game is right to you? Rules > Gameplay. He was new, he was most likely learning and even then he was denied his right to play. You guys didn't even state a valid reason for the votekick. Sure it might've been a bit advantaging hence boring but if you honestly didn't want that you could've just left and join new game or kill him. After 1,000 games especially with a ban history I would expect you to have better judgement when kicking someone. Why should I unban you?

Because he refused to cooperate with us? It says in the rules that if he does not cooperate and listen then the votekick itself is valid. I talked to him that he should not camp mid. What did he do camp mid then we kicked him and got ourselves a game that the titan was 1 base away from winning? All im saying is that to kick him to have a game thats worth the wait that took awhile should be a good enough reason to kick someone who will not listen. I understand if you don't want to unban us but you need to look at it our way for this. We spent a little over 20 minutes looking for a good titan. We did not check his stats and i just assumed he was an alt. Then when game started and he got demo i don't think we were happy when he sat around mid his entire stay untill we did kick him. Sure he got a kill that wouldve been a dead mini. Then what? He would just let mini die and another 20 minutes sitting around for us waiting for a titan? No we kicked him and got a titan that actually stood a chance. I think he even got to the point where he got ult and was an entertaining game for the rest of them.

Refused to cooperate in the 25-30 second time window before his votekick was initiated? He also got a kill in the little instructions you gave to him. At no point did you warn him of a votekick or did you properly direct your instructions to him and besides no one really explained clearly on what he was suppose to do. I mean really these votekicks are invalid. You want me to look at it your way when yet the protocol for validly votekicking a potential game ruiner wasn't even properly initiated, just boredom and anger from the public. Like I said, in 1,000 games I expect you to hold better judgement and unfortunately that wasn't shown here today.
