Tier 2 . Ranking games with shuffle team

Hey guys i was wondering if we could make a tier 2 (ranked) like in dotacash and thr days it woudl be epic. Most of the
games nowadays are stacks and stacks and its geting boring to alway play with or against stacks. So if possible
we could try to have a tier 2 with liek 1200+ elo which is not so hard to make and then every team get shuffle before game starts automatically
like even elo +15 radiant +15 dire something like that! Im pretty pretty sure it would attract alot of people to it! Also it would be non-em if possible like AP or RD or CM something like that but em is too weird with towers. Just a suggestion but i really hope it happens!!It would be a good competition there would be some ragers but there ragers everywhere anyways. Also have good moderators that are 21 yr or older and that are not abusing and helping their friend not get banned like we had in dotacash some mods were abusing in dotacash tier 2 and were banning every1 but their friends. So yea that it plz give + to the post if u think its a good idea so we can make it happen if u read this !!

Extended League. Both Sides will take turns picking heroes. Each team captain can pick 4 heroes to remove from the pool.

yea anyways this ranked shuffling team BOT would be epic!! i would def just play that one
i dunno about the -xl mode never tried it
