other user banned under my ip?

Why you should be unbanned: The user name "Manny.Blancous" is not me, yet that is the username I was apparently banned under.

I am not sure what happened, I was playing as normal. I go eat breakfast and come back. I play a game of LTD on the DE bot and then try to host my own ENFO game and it says im banned. This is not me, nor do I map hack. Unban me please.

PS: I only play games that I hosted myself. (Except the DE LTD x10 bot). Not sure if that matters or not, but thought I would mention it.
PSS: If it also helps, I am using my phones wifi to connect to the internet atm. Not sure how IP's work with phones. (or with regular computers.)

EDIT: I wanted to see if restarting my phones net would change anything and what it did was change the reason I was banned and the duration. It was originally till dec 21, now its 27 (of this year) and the reason for the ban is now "dodging" which I assume is leaving a game early? This is clearly not me. Please fix it.


EDIT: I had to restart my net again cause bnet dc'd me. Apparently the ban went away. Not sure what is going on but w/e. Problem fixed itsself.
