2. In regard of dont built tower after lvl 13 ignore all teammates ( busnbusnyummyum ) : He did build after 14, building steamrollers. He sent level 13, not every round as I see in replay. Furthermore, sending every round could not be appropriate ban reason, since he don't looks like intentional game ruining. He has already accused of same reason as far as I remember, but didn't get ban because he was defined as just noob. You should have guided more if you didn't think his plays were good.
