I did clog strategy in 1 game backinadays, and i remember we all sold our units for 5 and 6. i also remember that u cannot use clog strategy vs immolation or with immolation skill at your team, thats retarded. and u had immo. u also didnt leaked lvl 5 cause no sends. and when we sent weak ( 1 furb 1 hermit each ) u cloged like hell at lvl 7. the rest is can can

Although I think 110 are really big leaks, Level 5 isn't big problem since East went straight 5 and west did not have good towers against 5.
Yet, I didn't like these statements.

(11:57 / Allied) Achillesgr: i dont care if they complain.
Won't mention 7, since 7 is very hard level.
But, You guys knew exactly you guys are abusing clog at level 6 and 8.

The new rule is mainly made to prohibit 4x clog.
We didn't really mention anything or banning players if one of you was holding at mid clearly, however I would like to unvouch this time since it is regarded as intended clog to me.

trancedout, Achillesgr, elektro-, 1007 banned for 1 day for intentional clog.

Since this is first offense, I said 1 day.
If this kind of intentional clog is happening again, it will be most likely 2 days from now on.

Edit: Please don't hesitate to report if you want. Breaking rules and not reporting due to don't want to look bad could be seen as silly.
If you broke rule, you should get unvouched.
If you didn't break rule, you shouldn't get unvouched.
Simple and clear.
Reporting for breaking rules are not actions which should be blamed.
It should be regarded as good actions which make more clear LIHL.
