Flaming isn't a bannable offence, thought it is looked down on. I'd suggest you use !ignore playername so that you can't see his chat.

Flaming is bannable if its excessive or theres racism involved. In this case, and as Photon_man24 said, a simply !ignore would have solved it (Calling someone noob or playing around with the !slap command isn't something we'd ban for, if it can be easily avoided with !ignore).
