I can but since NWU is not a big game with a big community, I don't think FCD matters at this point because you earn no ELO... yet. I will ban users who use FCD if they use it when ELO is on though.

Third party programs cannot be used while playing a game like DotA/NWU because it gives a hint. It acts as a mini-mh detector. However, for NWU, admins overlook it because no one plays and there is no ELO.
