This person votekicked me because he thought I was "noob". The vote wasn't passed, but according to ENT rules abusing the votekick command that way is prohibited.

At 29:28, he destroyed the Lothar's Edge that my courier bug-dropped in front of Roshan in a previous fight. He was well-aware that Lothar's Edge belonged to me, but he destroyed it nonetheless to get revenge on me for mocking him.

Also he did respond by calling me a noob when I said my courier bugged and that it's not respawning, so he does know that dropped item is mine. Hence ignorance isn't part of the discussion here.
