imo it shouldnt allow other regions to join just do to a delay in latency it could cause a lot of lag between players. or host both us/ca and international bots

It's about the area server is the best to be play, doesn't mean you can't! Still, if you're having delay, lagg issues, it can be cause by the distance from where the game got hosted. Still, server and bot are nicely sync. You can also see the [ENT] dota sdem euro #12. The server is in europe. For exemple.

When I play o us/ca living in canada. Average ping in-game is 50-80. On Euro In-Game : 80-115 and sometime more. I still not lagg or anything. But, it's farther then us/ca bot for me . Stats doesn't change at all from wich one you're playing on. Just play on these making you less lag and enjoy EnT at 110%!

bullshit. As far as you know, California Users use Asia Gateway to connect due to lesser spike / lag. Doesnt mean anything. Real Asian Peoples have their dedicated hosts and they dont need ENT for play.
Since they play at 20ms ent has standard tracing of 50. So impossible for them to play. All 'asia gateway players on ent are USA one.
