I am going to have to agree with artmas post to the eldryan dc post. If it has been such a huge deal have any warnings been given?
I am also wondering why do we have rules in place for unvouching and we don't go by them. What I mean by this if dc is a huge problem then possibly make it a rule you already get a dc penalty if ppl post so if elo is below thresh hold then unvouch by all means.
