Any further thoughts: First game i said red "you heal" and i pinged him 4-5 times to be sure he understands, he forgot and we died. Ok maybe he was looking somewhere else or that he tried to be greedy i dont know. BUT ! Second game in a row I am in his team and he is red again. And when he has to heal again, we warn him as you can see in replay, he got 27 secs from healing request with lot of my pings at last moment from me and still didn't heal.
Both times he is red, both times he looks not to heal on purpose, his scores is 5/10 but he didn't look like a noob I think he is just trolling people. Moreover "River_Monsters" in the second game will probably report him too.
