Island Defense Dranei Glitch

Why are you banned: I randomed Dranei in Island Defense, when dranei was glitched, and thus got reported and got a ban.
Why you should be unbanned: It wasn't my fault that I random dranei or that there was a glitch.

@powers18 So are you saying that you were not aware of that glitch? Cause randoming into Dranei and abusing the glitch are two different things.

I was aware of the glitch but randomed dranei I did gold while the titan was attacking me but he asked me to stop so I did and I never based nor did I use the gold, honestly the game was ruined for me because i ended up getting dranei so i just messed around... there were four other bases and titan died to the first one without much effort... i don't understand how you can take a game with such a game-breaking glitch so seriously...

edit: also i waited like 30 minutes to get into that game and i didn't want to leave and wait again... i told him if he killed everyone else i would leave or if he broke my base if i ended up basing.

You intentionally triggered it around 5:57 and walk straight to a mini and started attacking and then went to gold.

If you were maphacking do you think it'd be ok, to say "ah well I was mhing but if you kill everybody else I'll leave ?".

I wasn't sure if it had been fixed yet... well I did gold while the titan was attacking me but everyone got mad at me so I stopped, I should have just left I guess. I didn't use any of the gold I got either, its impossible not to use maphack

edit: what I mean is, after I found out it was still glitched I realized that everyone would get mad at me if I golded so I stopped playing competitively and let the game work itself out

You shouldn't have done it to begin with. You're basically trying to justify your actions based on the Editor which wasn't intended in the map and indeed was a glitch.

But it was a glitch, do you not see that it's not intended for ID to have invulnerable Draenei's?

Honestly you have yet to recognize your actions or even come to terms with our ruling and I would highly recommend you start explaining.

well I see that I shouldn't have golded while the titan was at mound but honestly hes not going to chase me around when he knows he cant kill me so that's pointless too.. when the titan asked me to stop I stopped and basically stopped playing just ran around with my hunter. never used the gold at all that I gained using the glitch. the reason I triggered the glitch was that I wanted to know if it was still in effect or if it had been fixed. From now on I will leave if I random dranei, which I should have done in the first place.

not everybody can update the currently hosted map as well as not every bug will be reported to neco timely.

Eventually there is going to be a glitch or exploit and whether you abuse it or not is your choice, and nothing you've said has shown you're going to not choose to abuse it.

I wont abuse it, nor did I really abuse it this game other than golding for about 15 seconds, would it really count as abuse if I didn't use it to change the game at all? I am sorry that I golded using the glitch, but since I did nothing with the gold, I didn't ruin anyones game and I let them finish as if I wasn't there. if I was really going to abuse it, wouldn't I have just triggered it as soon as I could and used it from the beginning?

Do you guys think I am out to ruin people's games? Im sorry that I golded using the glitch, but I believe the fact that I didn't use the gold for anything negates any advantage I would have gained, and I chose to do that in order to make sure that the game wasn't ruined for other people. obviously, the only solution in my case was to leave before it became a problem, otherwise, the blame is placed on my shoulders for using a glitched builder. I didn't realize that at first and I am sorry, in the future I will just avoid any glitches that I can.
