I fully understand the rule. If new players are good enough to get vouched shouldn't take long for them to fit in. Also mr.noob lihl did invent all the great strays you see today I mean really think about it. Immo make legion simple keep it the same....

PES affects your score at the season end, so you can't correct it by winning and getting back to "true" ELO that dc penalty hurt. This affects your score at beginning, and aids in getting to "true" ELO faster. The intent of this is, basically, the opposite of people's problem with PES (I actually don't have that problem with it).
