MakeMeHost, how do you do it?

How does MakeMeHost find so many players unlike BGN and ENT.. and practically every other host bot? How're they so special? How does nearly everyone find their games on the games list and all other host services take ages to fill?

Is it possible since apparently MakeMeHost is shutting down, we can adopt their method of getting our games easier to be found?

If the problem is our auto-hosted games will then flood the list.. is it possible that the 'technique' is applied only to the manual hosted games?

Since we have players using ENT Connect I think ENT should adopt their system to host games with web, that's all

What do you mean by manual hosted games? Are you saying about gamenames without the tag and the id #? I think you missed last year when bgn used the 'technique' to flood the gamelist.

note. I don't like mmh bots cuz they have a big delay. :3

Yes MMH had a lot of delay as their bots were all situated in Europe. They now have some in the US which is good. I host Undead Assault on ENT or BGN, it never fills. I close it and host on MMH and bam, it fills in a matter of minutes, usually 5-10. Maybe it's because they're more widely known and their site is much more simple with their games listing. I don't know. I do remember once I hosted a game with them, when I look in the custom list I'd not have to type the name in, it'd be the 5th on the list.

Well a lot of people use it mainly because they don't know how to tweak their router to host games on their own. One other contributing factor which clan ENT and BGN both possess is the cross-realm players that can join. A lot of people also(keep in mind this is purely my speculation) use the bot to avoid bans.

SoulxReaver, I don't have the mathematical formula to fill the games fast however sometimes you have more players in the bnet, sometimes you have more players who likes a specific game, etc.. Please keep this topic alive and lemme know about your experience with mmh. I'll try to make a test someday. Ty for sharing the info.
