u guys arent allowed to play DOTA2 anymore, are u? somebody told me its forbidden on one of countrys in ur region, im not 100% sure it was phillipines though

It is the Phillipines but i believed its not nationwide but one of the district. Countries such as Phillipines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia (to name a few) has cyber cafes (CC) (LAN Cafe). In a CC, the computers can go as much as 100 units in one particular area and all of the patrons can play lan games every single day. Usually the charges are like 2-3 bucks (depending on which country) per hour.
In most cases, trolling, teasing, vulgarity tend to happen in CC. That is where the "victim" of these abuse starts to scout around the CC in search of the former. Temper will start to flare when these patrons comes in a bunch of people (mostly friends). They will then join in the fun. From in game vulgarity spreads to out of game which usually can end up with street fight. This is after all just for a GAME !!!
