need ddc penalty back ( lose elo )

We r having to much dc's and ppl is lazy to report
and also we dont want ppl to get unvouch so we dont report also
to much time wasted on games and no recompense for it
plz bring back dc penalty with elo loss again!

You wanted harsh and stricter punishments? You got them.

You, the players, are shaping the community but if you dont wanna take actions and dont pay for your violations, then what are the rules there anyway? Get your ass up and get active and only then the attitude of players will change once they see it has consequences.
